A better working relationship leads to a better alliance. Better alliances leads to a stronger ecosystem. A stronger ecosystem can lead to increased business growth for everyone via increased customer reliance. The result is shared success.

We are pleased to announce the availability of the new Technology Partner Success Desk (T-PSD) - a free service where our technology partners can ask technical and non-technical questions pertaining to Red Hat offerings, partner programs, product certification, engagement process, etc.  Whether you are an existing Red Hat Partner using our products and technologies to build and certify for, support, and/or to interoperate with our platforms or are a prospective partner, use this Desk to ask us questions throughout your journey. We’re providing this service to simplify the Red Hat partnering experience with the goal of achieving stronger relationships.

The “Desk’ is staffed 24x5 and is available via a simple web form - just type in your questions, supply your contact information, and submit. We’ll strive to respond to you within one business day.

Please give it a try and use it often - no login is necessary.
