Announcing Partner Enablement for Red Hat Remote Certification Exams

Red Hat Global Training and Certification has been changing the way we work with customers and partners as well as the way we deliver our expertise. We're pleased to announce that Red Hat remote certification exams are now available.

Four of the most in-demand Red Hat certification exams are available for remote delivery:

  • Red Hat Certified System Administrator (EX200V8K)
  • Red Hat Certified Engineer (EX294V8K)
  • Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration (EX280V42K)
  • Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Application Development (EX288V42K)

All of the listed exams count toward the certification path to achieving Red Hat’s highest certification level, Red Hat Certified Architect. Remote exams are delivered using a live environment running on candidates' x86_64, Fedora-compatible systems and cloud-based environments, and are observed by a remote proctor. 

Red Hat Training Partners worldwide sell and deliver our offerings to their customers on a daily basis and are instrumental to our business. Adding Red Hat Training and Certification as enablement services to subscription sales ensures that customers experience the full value from their subscription. This can help partners to grow sales upfront and can increase the likelihood of renewal. 

Over the past few months our team has worked with training partners worldwide in helping with the transition from classroom delivery to remote classroom by creating and distributing a variety of enablement assets. As we started on our journey to creating remote exams, the safety of our partners and customers was top of mind. Remote exams provide an alternative option to in-person testing and will allow flexibility in delivering expertise to customers and partners, regardless of where they are. 

The Red Hat Certification marketing team has put together a full scale kit of assets to help partners with marketing and selling Red Hat Remote Exams. Partners can access these assets through Red Hat Partner Content Hub, a content repository located on Red Hat Partner Connect. The assets available include: 

In addition to these assets, partners also have access to self-paced sales training.
