Cheat Codes for Red Hat Partner Training

The Red Hat Online Partner Enablement Network (OPEN) program, provides a variety of role specific training content for sales, sales engineers, and delivery specialists to build skills and earn accreditations that validate those skills. But how can you level up your training game? By taking advantage of “cheat codes” for Red Hat Partner Training.

Cheat Code #1: Inventory

Your inventory is your one stop shop for training resources. Fill it up with expertly curated assets to set yourself up for success from the start. A great place to start building out your inventory is with Partner OneStops, the one-stop-shops to access all available information on a specific Red Hat product. Another option to bolster your inventory is Red Hat OPEN training system channels, like the “What's New for Partners” channel that has the most recent product updates and launches, or the “Enterprise Kubernetes for All Workloads” channel to help build your OpenShift practice.

Keeping your inventory stocked with the latest and greatest resources from Red Hat  is the key to staying ahead of the game as both industry and technology continue to evolve at a fast pace.

Cheat Code #2: Power-ups

Having the baseline knowledge on Red Hat products and solutions is one thing, but if you want to elevate your skills and conquer the biggest bosses, we’ve got the sales and technical power ups that will take you to the next level.

The variety of sales power-ups we offer will meet the needs of our partner sellers; regardless of whether you’re new to selling Red Hat, or an experienced pro.

You can start off with our sales messaging playbooks and once you’re ready, put your skills to the test with an Advanced Sales Workshop

Likewise for our technical audience, we offer a wide range of power-ups, from presales and technical foundations, to implementation and development courses, and advanced technical deep dives. Advanced and Premier partners can put their knowledge to the test with hands-on lab environments in the Red Hat Product Demo System.

Cheat Code #3: Multi-player mode

Red Hat is not the only technology that your customers and other partners work with. By joining forces with other partners, we are all stronger together.

Our joint solutions enablement allows you to get up to speed on Red Hat’s largest initiatives with key partners, allowing you to drive revenue with cross-sell opportunities. We provide accreditations that are specific to overcoming complex business challenges, including the use of Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and Red Hat Ansible Automation for SAP Solutions, and Red Hat OpenShift on Microsoft Azure and RHEL on Microsoft SQL Server.

Cheat Code #4: Expansion packs

Sometimes you need ways to expand your knowledge in specialized ways. Expansion packs add specific/targeted new capabilities or skills beyond what you learn in the introductory tutorials.
