This blog post announces a significant enhancement to partner user management within the Red Hat Partner Connect portal. It provides partner administrators with direct control and autonomy to manage user access and permissions. Previously, this process required submitting a support ticket. The new capabilities include the ability to invite new users and inactivate dormant users. The post also provides a step-by-step guide for partner admins on how to perform these actions. This new functionality is currently available to partners in the Resell, Sell with, Distribution, Certified Cloud and Service Providers, and Embedded Partner categories. New users who are invited will receive an email invitation and can gain instant access to the partner portal with permissions pre-configured by the admin.
