Important changes to OpenShift 4 minor version lifecycle.
Additional OpenShift 4 will change the lifecycle from the current version-based lifecycle policy to a timeline-based lifecycle of 18 months for all minor releases of OpenShift 4. This change will take effect with Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform version 4.7 and higher.
