The Red Hat Ascend enablement program leverages a data-driven approach to address the training requirements of Wipro’s employees. Delivered in several ways via virtual, self-paced, and formal learning methods, Red Hat Ascend also includes hands-on/simulated challenges and peer-learning opportunities on the Red Hat technology stack. Wipro is the first GSI partner of Red Hat to adopt this approach. They have long been committed to creating a global talent pool with Red Hat’s open-source technologies.
