How it works

Go to the talent network and login as an employer using your partner login

Step 2

Review the user agreements and submit a request to join the network

Step 3

Once approved, finalize the organization profile and begin browsing all candidates using the filtering tools to narrow by region, school, specialty, and more

Step 4

Contact qualified candidates in the network's messaging center

Step 5

As an employer you can also create job postings which allows students to express interest in your opportunities
